In the unfortunate event that a product fails, we understand the importance of having responsive and helpful product support. We developed our warranty policy and we been constantly improving it for decades to meet your needs.

All of our technicians have undergone factory training and are equipped with the experience and skills necessary to address your issue and help you get back to work. We recognize that the repairs must be done as quickly as possible. We’ll send our technicians directly to you for the repair to make things easier.

Aftermarket Modification Product Support

Customers can decide to modify a UPF product in certain cases. Since our products are custom-fabricated rather than molded, it is easier to make changes and repairs. Thus, modifications may be made by returning the product to a UPF location or arranging a service visit with one of our knowledgeable Field Service Technicians. Our technicians will come to your location and make the necessary changes.

Post-Warranty Product Support

If an issue occurs after your warranty period has ended, you can arrange a service call with our Field Service Department. The customer would be solely responsible for all travel and delivery costs.

Transfer of Ownership

This UPF warranty is transferable within the United States only with prior written approval by UPF (except an original apparatus manufacturer may assign this warranty to the first titled owner/lessee of the apparatus). Fill out our transfer of ownership form here.

All transfers are subject to approval by United Plastic Fabricating, Inc. (UPF).
