Pat Cahill- Sutphen Dealer Meeting and Hurricane Relief
Pat Cahill, a trusted UPF employee of many years, attended another larger dealer event the same week as Toyne’s. Sutphen hosted their dealer meeting at the Sawmill Creek Resort and Conference Center in Huron, OH. Pat represented United Plastic by participating as a vendor at the event, looking to show our longterm support of Sutphen. Founded more than 125 years ago, they remain a prominent name in the fire protection and emergency services industry. We are proud to work with them, and happy that they have remained a family owned business the whole time. As Sutphen looks to hand over operations and ownership of the company to the next generation, we cannot wait to see what they do next.
Hurricane Harvey Relief Effort
Pat also stopped by Houston during this same trip, making his way to assist in Hurricane relief efforts. Travelling down to help in the fallout of the devastating hurricane, Pat made this effort as a personal commitment. In light of the recent storms tearing through the southern parts of the country and Caribbean islands, it’s always great to see this kind of initiative to help others. This purely volunteer act found Pat working alongside those suffering from the path of Hurricane Harvey, and all of us at UPF are proud of him. His example serves as an inspiration to those who help others. Go Pat!
